Justin Bieber flirted with Miquita Oliver on T4 on the Channel 4 television station, UK. If you’re an American, you may not know her. Miquita Oliver is a British television presenter and radio personality. She is also a friend of a vampire, Robert Pattinson, the twilight guy!
