Justin Bieber talks about his new ‘LL’ tattoo while getting pancakes after recording session at iHop in LA – 5AM in the early morning on Friday May 15th, 2015.
According to him, his new tattoo “LL” (Low Lift) representing when your head is down, lift it up.

Justin needs to get rid of all his tattoos and then he can start over fresh with a new beginning.. A lot of those tattoos Justin got were during the bad times in his life.. Why keep them when they are nothing more than a constant reminder of those bad time?
Having lots of tattoos causes acne & skin cancer so I think Justin Bieber should refrain from getting tattoos .
